2027 Altis Sigma | 98V 35Ah 25kW Electric Dirt Bike
98 Volts 25kw of power, Updated suspension, a new TFT display
The 2027 Altis Sigma brings 25kW of peak power, a Samsung 50S battery pack, and updated suspension to an electric dirt bike built for serious off-road riding. Choose the Sigma MX with 19/16-inch wheels for its torque-focused configuration, or the Standard with 19/18-inch wheels for a larger rear wheel and higher listed top speed.
For 2027, Altis focused on the parts you interact with every ride: suspension support, the display, and ignition. Adjustable off-road dual-spring suspension pairs with a stiffer rear setup and a rear shock similar in size to an Ultra Bee shock. The new TFT display and physical ignition key paired with NFC give the cockpit a useful update, with both keyed and NFC access.
The automotive-standard hairpin motor delivers 25kW, approximately 34 HP. Hairpin refers to the motor's winding construction, which packs rectangular conductors into the motor rather than conventional round-wire windings. Supporting that output is a 97.2V 35Ah Greenway battery pack with Samsung 50S cells and 3,402Wh of capacity. Charging from 20% to 80% takes approximately two hours.
What Is New for the 2027 Altis Sigma?
- Stiffer rear suspension with a rear shock similar in size to an Ultra Bee shock.
- Adjustable off-road dual-spring suspension to help tailor the setup to rider weight and terrain.
- New TFT display with NFC functionality.
- Physical ignition key paired with NFC for keyed and NFC access.
- Standard 19/18-inch wheel configuration with a 19-inch front and 18-inch rear.
- MX 19/16-inch wheel configuration with a 19-inch front and 16-inch rear.
- Updated listed torque: 688 Nm for the MX with 44T gearing and 615 Nm for the Standard with 39T gearing.
A separate long-range version with a 98V 40Ah battery is expected November 15. The specifications below cover the 35Ah model; the upcoming 40Ah version is separate.
2027 Sigma Standard vs. Sigma MX
| Specification | 2027 Sigma Standard | 2027 Sigma MX |
|---|---|---|
| Wheels | 19-inch front / 18-inch rear | 19-inch front / 16-inch rear |
| Rear Sprocket | 39T | 44T |
| Listed Torque | 615 Nm / 453 ft-lb | 688 Nm / 508 ft-lb |
| Listed Top Speed | 80 mph | 65 mph |
| Front Tire | 70/100-19 | 70/100-19 |
| Rear Tire | 90/100-18 | 90/100-16 |
| Configuration Focus | Larger rear wheel and higher listed top speed for open off-road terrain | Smaller rear wheel and higher listed torque for tighter trails and acceleration-focused riding |
Wheel size and gearing work together. The MX's larger 44T rear sprocket favors torque at the wheel, while the Standard's 39T setup favors speed. Rear tire diameter also changes overall gearing, so choose based on the complete setup and the terrain you ride most.

How the Sigma Platform Got Here
The 2026 Sigma introduced several changes carried into the platform's development: an upgraded BMS intended to improve efficiency and range, higher motor RPM for top-end performance, increased torque, and refined throttle tuning. Hardware updates included a 220mm dual-spring front fork, rear linkage dust seals, reinforced front hubs, a 1 1/8-inch handlebar, an updated headlight, and a 520H chain replacing the earlier 428H chain.
The 2027 builds on that progression with its revised rear suspension, new display, physical key, and Standard 19/18-inch wheel option. For riders comparing torque, the closest gearing comparison is the 2026 39T figure of 601 Nm against the 2027 Standard's 39T figure of 615 Nm. The 2027 MX's 688 Nm figure belongs to its separate 44T configuration.
Why We Like the 2027 Sigma
The Samsung 50S cells and Greenway pack identify the battery hardware behind the power claim, while the hairpin motor supplies the 25kW peak output. The adjustable suspension, 220mm of front travel, and 13 inches of ground clearance give riders practical tools for managing uneven terrain. Those details matter when the ride moves beyond a straight stretch of dirt.
Five regenerative braking levels let you adjust how strongly the bike slows when you roll off the throttle. The new TFT display and physical key paired with NFC make everyday operation more convenient, while the two wheel and gearing choices let you prioritize the riding you actually do.
