Supermoto riding places unique demands on a wheelset. Rapid direction changes, strong pavement grip, repeated braking, and sustained speeds transfer significant loads through the rims, hubs, and spokes. Blackline wheels use high-strength materials and precision in-house assembly to manage those forces while preserving accurate rider feedback.
The wheels arrive without tires installed, letting you choose the tire profile and compound that match your riding style. A complete Ready-To-Ride Blackline system is also available with compatible tires and components professionally installed.
Wheel Size and Rim Width Options
Blackline Supermoto Wheelsets are available in multiple diameter and rim-width configurations to support different Talaria models, tire profiles, and handling preferences. Wheel options are automatically filtered after selecting your bike. Any configuration marked “Unavailable” cannot currently be ordered for that selection.

Rim width affects the mounted tire’s shape and handling characteristics. A narrower setup usually responds faster during side-to-side transitions. A wider rear setup can increase the available contact patch and create a more planted feel during acceleration and cornering. Precision In-House Assembly
Every Blackline wheelset is hand-assembled, precision-trued, and fully inspected in-house by the Rippin Moto team. Hub alignment, spoke tension, wheel runout, and final finish are checked throughout the build process.
Accurate runout and balanced spoke tension help the wheels react consistently as pavement loads change. This supports precise steering, predictable cornering, and improved stability during hard braking or higher-speed riding.

Blackline Supermoto wheels pair high-strength 7116-T6 aluminum rims with precision-machined 6061-T6 aluminum hubs. The rims provide pavement impact resistance and structural stability, while the hubs support accurate fitment and dependable alignment.
Heavy-duty stainless steel spokes are selected to handle aggressive riding loads. Aluminum spoke nipples provide corrosion resistance and consistent spoke retention. Together, these components create a rigid but controlled platform for canyon roads, kart tracks, and street-focused Talaria builds.

Blackline wheelsets are built and finished in-house to order. Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for assembly and final quality inspection, plus transit time to your location.
